Welcome all IPSC shooters to the center of Oulu for the festive opening of our World Shoot Rifle 2024 competition!
We meet at 15:00 at Hollihaka park, address Saarankatu 2, 90100 Oulu, see picture.
Hollihaka park is some 400 – 800 meters from hotels in city center.
We will organize ourselves in march formation in Hollihaka.
The signboards of the regions show the meeting place of the country.
The countries’ flags were successfully obtained, and will be brought to the venue ready on flagpoles.
The march will start by 15:40 / 3:40 p.m. The march ends at Kiikelinsaari, where we will hold the opening ceremony.
